The draft should focus on the following: -Defining the public spokesperson’s role -The stakeholders and target audiences for communication response messages -The types of information being communicated
How this information will be communicated internally and externally -Social Media Post Examples: Construct two to three examples of social media posts that you intend to include in your crisis communication plan. Be sure to identify the social media platforms each example will be used for. You should also explain why you believe adapting these examples for your selected crisis and posting them on these social media sites is the best way to reach your intended audience or audiences.
